About Gary Quinton

Since I entered the real estate industry, over 30 years ago, I have been fortunate to move many families in and around Cambridge and Waterloo Region. It's been a great joy to move my friends into their first homes and now go down the same pathway with their kids. As well, I have had the opportunity to help families move to into their 'Senior's Residences' and am familiar with the journey as I transitioned my mom to a one level condo. As I was born and raised here, I know the community, and can find the best fit for you- whether you need highway access to commute or prefer a little bit of our rolling countryside for privacy. I love to renovate and tinker myself - as a boat owner I am always puttering away and I have enjoyed a large scale residential project for myself with the addition of a second storey to my home. I am in a partnership which owns several rental units, and that has offered me experience to share on being a landlord and real estate investments. These are skills that transfer to your home search, as I can assist prior to a home inspection and on the financial reviews. On the personal side, when I am not helping my buyers and sellers, I enjoy giving back to the community in which I live and work. Last year, I built a children's playhouse which was auctioned for Argus House, a residence for Teens. I believe it's important to give back to the community that's given so much to me.
